Direct Mailers can be sent to the farmers or the list can be used by the Telemarketing Dept. to contact farmers. Also a built in SMS Wizard enables to send customised SMS to the farmers.

DATA FOR FARMER LOYALTY PROGRAM
The most important benefit of using CRM Agro database application is –– You can identify and rank your ‘Key’ farmers. The application provides a facility to identify the key farmers based on parameters set by you. A scale of 1–10 can be used to rank farmers based on parameters like total acreage, annual turnover, crop type, brand user, etc.
These parameters have to be set once, following which, the software will rank all the farmers on the basis of these ‘set’ parameters. Ranking farmers will help in identifying progressive farmers and hence form a strong foundation for Customer Loyalty Program
